1. Introduction to Engineering Technology Center
The company has an independent research and development organization and passed the certification of Ningbo Engineering Technology Center in 2019. The center has more than 10 R&D personnel with many years of technical research and development experience. The R&D Center of the Enterprise Engineering Technology Center has an independent scientific research room of 480 square meters, and is equipped with scientific research technology equipment such as a coordinate measuring machine, a handheld three-dimensional laser scanner, and an electronically controlled permanent magnet chuck. Complete configuration, advanced equipment, high degree of automation and informatization, provide hardware guarantee for R&D work.
2. Foreign exchange
The company has also continuously strengthened its contacts with well-known foundry companies that are the world's leading technology in precision casting molds through international technical exchanges, and has sent key personnel to overseas exchanges and studies, broadened mold design ideas, and improved mold design methods. During the design process of the casting mold, the Engineering Technology Center makes full use of software to analyze the possible problems of the casting, such as: failure of pouring, porosity, shrinkage cavity, shrinkage, cold isolation, slag inclusion, deformation, hot tear and other defects.
3. Industry-University-Research Cooperation
Through the cooperation with Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University, the company provides the center with external technical support and information sources, so that the engineering center has a better innovation advantage. In November 2014, our company signed a cooperation agreement with Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University, and signed an industry-university-research cooperation agreement on the project of "Based on Coordinate Measurement of Diesel Engine Shell Casting Outer Mould Precision Testing Process and Testing Software Development".
